Gem Precious is fast becoming one of the UK's leading female DJs, known for her multi-genre blending sets, energetic performance and impressive mixing. She has supported artists including Tinie Tempah, Sigma and Sigala and has just been booked at Ministry of Sound as the main support for Professor Green. Her versatile credits include headline sets at Shepherd's Bush Empire & the 02 Academies in Bristol, Birmingham & London, sets on the Alternative Stage and in the Action Aid Dance Tent at Reading Festival, a week-long headline residency for Sportsvest Festival in Barcelona and a main support slot for Jaguar Skills. Gem is a main room resident DJ for the huge Ramshackle night at 02 Academy Bristol playing a mashup of deep house, drum n bass, grime, dub, EDM and more to 2000 people; hosts her own underground house night Cheap Thrills at renowned Hoxton venue Zigfrid von Underbelly and is a resident DJ for the worldwide Propaganda club night, DJing at some of the biggest clubs in the country, including a popular Saturday residency at Electric Ballroom.

In addition to club sets she is also an official DJ for London Fashion Week & the face of MAC Cosmetics and has DJed a private after show for Beyonce and her team following her sold out 2014 Mrs Carter Tour at the 02 Arena. Other event work includes DJ sets for Cosmopolitan Magazine, Netflix, Talk Talk TV, & Sony.

Gem is a credible club DJ who takes pride in fully mixed live sets and has played venues including Cargo, XOYO, Electricity Showrooms, 333 Mother Bar, Barfly, Coalition (Brighton), Junk (Southampton) & KOKO in addition to being booked as the headline act for Proud Camden's 2014 NYE Ball & Imperial College's 2015 Spring Ball.

A regular guest on XFM for Propaganda's weekly show, Gem has also put together mixes for the Fratellis, Circa Waves and the Maccabees which were broadcast on XFM. In the summer of 2014, as a lover of vintage music, Gem was invited to DJ for the high profile Secret Cinema production of Back To The Future at the Olympic Park, Stratford.

Gem has acting experience, being cast as a DJ in a feature film for Columbia Pictures and has appeared in music videos for various artists alongside co-producing and starring in her own videos and tracks with producer J_Atari for the collaborative electronic group Antiques & Androids and more recently for their new venture Atari & Precious.
